Let’s talk about your requests

Our approach: how it moves forward, in four steps

Capture. Sort. Hand off. Move forward.

  1. Capture

Every request that arrives through your website, by email or on social media is logged in one place.

  2. Sort

Scout reads the request and picks one of its six outcomes: a call on request, spam deletion, transfer to the right person, invoice to accounting, filing of a thank-you or an answer to a general question.

  3. Hand off

The right person on your team is notified, not everyone.

  4. Move forward

Every useful request gets a planned follow-up, by email or, if the customer asked for a callback, by phone. An appointment can be offered.

Who it is for

Trades Scout is designed for

Whether you are on the road, in the office or on a job site, you keep the decisions.

  • Plumbing

Water damage reported at 10 p.m. Scout passes it to the designated person.

    Example
  • Roofing

Quote requests, inspections, follow-ups. Every request is logged and assigned.

    Example
  • Heating and cooling

Breakdown on a Saturday night. Scout passes it to the designated person. Quote requests are sorted separately.

    Example
  • Other technical services

A quote request arrives while the team is on a job site. It is logged, sorted and an appointment is offered.
